		<description>great post!  there are decent link exchange softwares.  I have been using Linksmanager for about 7 years.  I&#039;ve acquired my links slowly because linksmanager doesnt force me to link with just any ol site.  Watch the rate at which you obtain links.  only link to quality sites that helps your end users learn more about your own product or service.  avoid fully automated link programs that force you to link with other sites without your approval.  thats what I like best about linksmanager, it lets me choose who I will and will not link to.  my rankings are solid because I get links slowly and organize them well.</description>
